Responsibilities: 7-10 Recommended

Lead problem-solving activities to resolve high impact customer problems, including technical communication with customers (internal and external), conducting root-cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.Assist leading the site’s transition to a problem-solving culture by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic change.Lead a cross functional team in applying a structured problem-solving methodology (Shainin, Six Sigma or equivalent).
Report out to Senior Management on project progress.Utilize systematic methods to select and identify high impact projects to achieve business objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in EngineeringYears of Experience: 3 years in a production environmentShainin Red X Apprentice (Required),Shainin Red X Journeyman (Preferred)
