Job description

Release Train Manager - PMCandidate should have good experience as a Release Train Manager in earlier engagements.Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Facilitate key events like PI Planning, remove impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.Coach and mentor Agile teams, helping them improve their practices and performance.Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes.Defining the program governance & roadmap.Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.Coordinating the track leads and their interdependencies.
