Job Description Insight Global is looking for an RTE to join their team remotely. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a leader and coach on the Agile Release Train (ART), a team of teams that plan, commit, develop, and deploy software together to deliver significant value to Eversource’s end customers. This leader/ coach possesses a strong understanding of Agile and can execute and manage Agile processes. The RTE will lead and guide multiple ARTs in accordance with SAFe principles, ensuring alignment across teams and optimizing the flow of value. Skills and Requirements 5+ years experience as an Release Train Engineer 10+ of agile experience Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite Hands-on facilitation of PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums. Strong background in driving Organizational Change Management (OCM), including communications, training, and agile tool adoption to support process compliance and transformation 3+ years of experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Utility experience Agile Certifications
