This role is central to enabling program execution, continuous improvement, and delivery of critical command and control (C2) capabilities across the MAGTF.
As an RTE, you will serve as the servant leader and coach for one or more ARTs. You will partner closely with Product Management, System Architects, Product Owners, and government leadership to ensure synchronized execution, transparency, and value delivery that aligns with PM MAGTF C2’s evolving mission and enterprise data strategy.

• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices to improve flow, predictability, and value delivery.
• Identify and resolve impediments and cross-team dependencies, escalating risks and issues when necessary.
• Support Product Management and System Architects in maintaining alignment between the vision, roadmap, and execution priorities.
• Collaborate with other RTEs and government stakeholders to ensure coordination across ARTs, solution areas, and portfolio priorities.
• Leverage Agile metrics (predictability, throughput, value realization) to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Guide the use of tools (Jira, Confluence, and others) to provide transparency into work progress, dependencies, and delivery health.
• Support stakeholder engagement, including Fleet Marine Force (FMF) exercises, to incorporate operational feedback into planning and backlog refinement.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, fostering an environment where teams experiment, adapt, and improve.
• Contribute to evolving PM MAGTF C2’s integrated product management and development approach, including coordination with the Tactical Data Orchestration Layer (TDOL) and enterprise data strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager, or equivalent servant-leadership role in a SAFe environment.
• 10+ years in software development, systems engineering, or product management preferred; prior developer or technical lead experience strongly desired.
• Demonstrated success facilitating PI Planning and other large-scale Agile events.
• Strong understanding of Agile software delivery, DevSecOps practices, and solution/ART-level alignment.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and related Agile portfolio management tools.
