Job Description Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master with Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience to join a dynamic team supporting one of our key journeys expanding in 2026. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing Agile Release Train, with the expectation of transitioning into full RTE responsibilities over time. Youll begin by supporting the group as a Senior Scrum Master, gaining familiarity with the journey and team dynamics. As you build rapport and understanding, youll gradually take ownership of the RTE roledriving PI Planning, resolving impediments, and monitoring progress across the journey. Skills and Requirements Responsibilities Facilitate and eventually lead Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions Resolve cross-team and cross-program impediments efficiently Monitor and report on journey-level progress, not just individual team metrics Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across the Agile Release Train Support Agile maturity and continuous improvement across the group Transition into full RTE responsibilities as the journey expands Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in an Agile environment Strong background as a Senior Scrum Master RTE Certification Demonstrated success in impediment resolution across teams Experience running PI Planning and coordinating Agile ceremonies Ability to understand and guide work at both the team and journey level null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
