We're seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead our DevOps practices and manage our Copado implementation while serving as a Senior Salesforce System Administrator. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining DevOps best practices, managing releases, and mentoring team members in DevOps processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process using CopadoConfigure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation processesEstablish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration, and deployment strategiesManage sandbox refresh processes and environment synchronization
Create and maintain documentation for deployment processesSchedule and coordinate releases with the Change Advisory Board (CAB)Salesforce Administration:
Provide senior-level Salesforce platform administration and supportManage security, profiles, and permission setsConfigure and maintain Salesforce features and customizationsMonitor system performance and maintain data qualityLeadership & Mentoring:
Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development standardsLead training sessions on Copado tools and processesCollaborate with development teams to improve deployment processesEstablish coding standards and ensure compliance
Technical Skills:
Copado (administration, configuration, and best practices)Salesforce (configuration, customization, and administration)Git version controlApex, Lightning Web Components, and VisualforceData loader and other ETL toolsChange management tools (ServiceNow or similar)Core Competencies:

5+ years of Salesforce administration experience2+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools, preferably CopadoSalesforce Platform Administrator certificationStrong understanding of Git version control conceptsExperience with agile development methodologiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience with change management and release coordinationComplexity of Work:
The role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.Work Experience:
