Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** We're seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead our DevOps practices and manage our Copado implementation while serving as a Senior Salesforce System Administrator. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining DevOps best practices, managing releases, and mentoring team members in DevOps processes. **Key Responsibilities:** + DevOps & Release Management: + Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process using Copado + Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation processes + Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration, and deployment strategies + Manage sandbox refresh processes and environment synchronizationCreate and maintain documentation for deployment processes + Schedule and coordinate releases with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) + Salesforce Administration: + Provide senior-level Salesforce platform administration and support + Manage security, profiles, and permission sets + Configure and maintain Salesforce features and customizations + Monitor system performance and maintain data quality + Leadership & Mentoring: + Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development standards + Lead training sessions on Copado tools and processes + Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes + Establish coding standards and ensure compliance **Technical Skills:** + Copado (administration, configuration, and best practices) + Salesforce (configuration, customization, and administration) + Git version control + Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce + Data loader and other ETL tools + Change management tools (ServiceNow or similar) **Core Competencies:** + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Excellent project management abilities + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines + Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders + Leadership and mentoring capabilities **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience + 2+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools, preferably Copado + Salesforce Platform Administrator certification + Strong understanding of Git version control concepts + Experience with agile development methodologies + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Experience with change management and release coordination **Complexity of Work:** The role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. **Requirements** Education: + High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
