Iron Mountain is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Medical Release of Information (ROI) Specialist to join our Health Information Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, HIPAA-compliant transmission of patient health records and providing high-quality support for inbound medical inquiries.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Process and validate medical record requests from patients and authorized entities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of health information.Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers via our call center to resolve inquiries and provide status updates on record requests.Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations to safeguard protected health information (PHI) at all times.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
