Your future duties and responsibilities:

Release Planning & Coordination
Plan release windows and cycles across multiple portfolios and applications.
Coordinate release schedules with development, QA, and operations teams.
Lead Go-Live activities including deployment execution and post-release reviews.
Process Management
Implement and manage release processes through development, testing, and production environments.
Conduct release readiness and milestone reviews.
Maintain release documentation including runbooks, checklists, and deployment plans.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify and manage risks that may impact release scope, schedule, or quality.
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the release lifecycle.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate release plans, status updates, and changes to stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and business teams to align release goals.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze release metrics and feedback to improve processes.
Develop automation tools and scripts for CI/CD and release management.
