About the Role
You will work with an existing portfolio of clients and will focus on retaining and growing a regionally diverse set of large, national Non-profit clients. This will be achieved by a solution-based approach to up-selling targets, ensuring adoption of key products, executing on campaigns and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makersIdentifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunitiesCreating demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customersAchieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per accountConducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management team, as neededUnderstanding the customer’s needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies


Requirements

Have business development and relationship management experience from the B2B, non-profit, Academic, corporate or professional services sectorsBe able to engage and advise with a consultative and solutions driven approachHave experience selling complex solutions to large enterprisesDemonstrate effective communication skills to include presentations and negotiationsHave a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targetsBe able to work well individually and collaboratively within a team environment
