Duties &responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations. Manages Team’s timely completion of Work Orders in Corrigo. Support Vendor Management of hard and soft services vendors (mechanical / electrical / fire / other services). - Ensure weekly meetings with vendors and client are in place and that minutes are sent to the respective participants. Ensure fellow workers, contractors and visitors comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules in coordination with the HSS coordinator. Manage & maintain facility management Preventative Maintenance Database, including the efficient completion of Work Orders. Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations and Financial audits if required. Handling contract-related issues and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. - Managing and mentoring the onsite team to achieve performance targets. Focusing on the deliverables required in the contract and ensuring quality and timely delivery. Overseeing incident reporting and resolution processes. Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements across the account. - Serving as the primary point of contact for the client on all account-related matters. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Collaborating with regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must possess a demonstrated ‘can-do’ attitude and thrive on challenges. Able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets. Able to interact with all levels of DFATD and diplomatic staff and vendors confidently and with ease. - Goal-oriented - able to focus on meeting all performance targets. Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience required in a corporate environment or as a third-party service provider. - Problem-solving skills - capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively. - Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision. Prioritize and manage the completion of operational works in an efficient and timely manner. Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software may be required. Competent writing and presentation skills (in English and Japanese). - Good team player. Effective interpersonal skills. - Basic business finance knowledge preferred. Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Experience working in a complex, multi-cultural environment.
