Job Purpose
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with enterprise and mid-corporate clients while driving growth across lending, deposits, trade finance and cash management solutions. The role focuses on client acquisition, portfolio expansion and revenue generation while maintaining strong credit and risk discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Growth & Business Development
Drive growth of the enterprise banking portfolio across assets, liabilities and non-funded income. Identify and acquire new enterprise and mid-corporate clients across targeted sectors. Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients and convert opportunities into profitable banking relationships. Expand wallet share by promoting lending, trade finance, treasury and transaction banking solutions.Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients through proactive engagement and advisory support. Develop deep understanding of client businesses to deliver tailored financial solutions. Ensure consistent service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.Trade Finance & Transaction Banking
Promote trade finance solutions to support clients involved in import and export activities. Work closely with internal product teams to structure appropriate working capital and cash management solutions.Credit & Risk Management
Maintain strong credit discipline and ensure portfolio quality remains within approved risk thresholds. Prepare and present credit proposals in collaboration with risk and credit teams. Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, KYC and AML standards.Financial Performance
Deliver growth in portfolio revenues, deposits and loan assets. Achieve profitability targets for the assigned enterprise banking portfolio. Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective measures where necessary.Operational Excellence
Maintain strong operational controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Support internal audits and risk reviews as required.Key Performance Indicators

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline. Minimum 5 years banking experience, including 3 years in enterprise, SME or commercial relationship management. Strong experience in credit analysis, client relationship management and business development. Experience supporting trade finance or working capital solutions will be an advantage.Key Competencies
