As a Relationship Executive within the Business Services team you will focus on subsectors within the Business Service Industry including Residential and Consumers Services, Waste and Environmental Services, Commercial Services, including Facility Management and Industrial Services. Your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships; Bankers work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients.
As a Banker, you are responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Commercial and Specialized Industries target space.
Our Bankers are required to have deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions. Our strongest Bankers have a methodical approach to the market activity and prospecting. We deliver locally and therefore our ideal candidate develops deep connections and market knowledge within their territory.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Eight plus years’ direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationshipsUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesAbility to collaborate with internal partners and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersFINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
