Job Description:

We’re looking for a Member Services & Relationship Specialist to join a dynamic financial team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, and build meaningful relationships with members by offering tailored financial solutions.

What You’ll DoProcess deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.Educate members on digital banking tools like mobile apps and online platforms.Resolve inquiries promptly and provide consultative support.Open new accounts, memberships, and loans while identifying opportunities for additional services.Support branch operations including ATM balancing and compliance tasks.Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals.What We OfferCareer Growth: Contract-to-hire with advancement opportunities.Training & Development: Continuous learning and skill-building programs.Supportive Culture: Work in a team-oriented environment that values collaboration and success.What We’re Looking For1+ year of experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required.Banking experience preferred; strong customer service BGV considered.Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM–12:00 PM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonie, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
