We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **Role Summary:** Supports Rehabilitation Services by performing clinical and administrative duties. Assists the department by maintaining the work environment, providing customer service and participating in educational activities. Job duties may include: + Assisting therapists with treatments and exercises and helping tailor therapy plans to each patient’s needs + Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining therapy equipment and treatment areas to create a safe, organized space for patients and staff + Helping patients get to therapy sessions and assisting with dressing, positioning, and other needs so they feel comfortable and ready for care + Tracking supplies, completing basic paperwork, and sharing important patient information with the rehab team + Supporting the team with tasks like helping during mealtimes or other duties that keep patient care running smoothly **What qualifications you will need:** + Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, completion of the Rehabilitation Technician program within 1 year of employment. + Preferred Education: Same As above + Required License: None + Preferred License: None + Required Experience: None required + Preferred Experience: Hospital related experience Highlands-Cashiers Hospital, a member of Mission Health, an operating division of HCA Healthcare, is a community hospital serving Macon, Jackson and the surrounding counties.
