**Location:** Wildwood Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital **Department:** Sports Care **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** As the Rehabilitation Manager, you will supervise staff, students and volunteers in the department. In this supervisory role, you will interview, select, orient, develop and evaluate personnel and schedule staff to meet patient needs. You will assume decision-making responsibility in the absence of the Rehabilitation Director or AVP. You will participate in the coordination of student/intern fieldwork education and monitor staff compliance with professional guidelines, standards and ethics.
