PruittHealth is seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee therapy services in our skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced rehabilitation professional who is passionate about improving patient outcomes while guiding a team of Therapists.
As a Director of Rehabilitation, you’ll ensure quality therapy programs, provide staff development, manage compliance, and help drive patient-centered care.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care
+ Supervise and support a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and OTAs
+ Coordinate therapy services in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, policies, and documentation standards
+ Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and financial goals
+ Recruit, train, and mentor therapy staff to support career growth and retention
+ Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to optimize patient care delivery
+ Drive quality improvement initiatives within the therapy department
**LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
+ Valid professional license in the state of practice
+ Graduate of CAPTE accredited school. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to that discipline's entry level education in the U.S. by a credential’s evaluation approved organization
