As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing compliance of all products going into our store environment, from food and beverages to furniture and flooring, and everything in between. You’ll be analysing data, regulatory and market information to make strategic recommendations to the business. We’ll look to you to bring your passion for implementing regulatory requirements and be constantly looking for ways to improve. You’ll ideally have a degree, or equivalent in food or a related subject with knowledge of ingredient declarations and allergens including label artwork and QUID across the UK and EMEA. It would be great if you have experience in Middle East food legislation and Codex standards, as well as non-food regulations across EMEA, however it isn’t essential we would just ask you bring your passion and desire to manage both food and consumer goods.
