Regulatory Support Analyst

The role will assist the regulatory compliance department in other compliance related activities, including, but not limited to, coordination of responses to data requests, seeking WIN approvals, commission inquiries, various CLEC/IXC reports, notary, AP coordination and maintenance of regulatory reports, logs and databases. **What You Will Do:** + Assist team members as needed with mailing, AP and notary functions. + Co-ordinate and file various reporting payment remittances. + Assist in maintaining regulatory report files and tracking databases, including filing reports into the electronic document system. + Proactively and professionally communicate with a variety of internal departments, vendors and regulatory agencies. **Do You Have:** + Associate or bachelor’s Degree with concentration in telecommunications or accounting preferred + Accounting and Financial Analysis Skills + Account Payable Experience Desired + Detail Oriented + Strong Organizational Skills + Research Skills + Ability to Work Independently + Effective Communication Skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel and Access **Minimum Requirements:** + College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 5+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required. + 0-1 year of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or financial reporting role **Physical Tasks** - Standing Occasionally: 0-33% | Walking Occasionally: 0-33% |Sitting and Stationary: Continuously: 67-100% | Bending: Occasionally: 0-33% | Crouching: Occasionally: 0-33% | Carrying: Occasionally: 0-33% | Reaching: Occasionally: 0-33% |Lifting -Lowering >1-15 lbs: Occasionally: 0-33% | Repetitive Hand Action: Medium Dexterity: Continuously: 67-100% | Fine Manipulating: Frequently: 34-66% **Audio Visual Needs** - Hearing: Continuously: 67-100%| Near Vision: Continuously: 67-100% | Far Vision: Occasionally: 0-33% | Peripheral Vision: Occasionally: 0-33% **Equipment Used in Job Performance** : Computer, Printer, Fax, Telephone, Basic Office Supplies, Copier The starting compensation range for this job is $43,500 to $53,800. **_________________________________________________________** **Our Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans + 401K Plan + Health & Flexible Savings Account + Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans + Educational Assistance Plan Uniti is an equal opportunity employer.
