Regulatory Seed Planning Lead

Corteva Agriscience is currently seeking a Regulatory Seed Planning Lead to join our Field and Controlled Environments team within Global Regulatory Sciences. This role supports the successful registration of Corteva biotechnology and gene-edited products by managing seed planning and distribution activities for global regulatory needs. **Responsibilities – What You Will do:** + Lead the planning, execution, tracking and distribution of seed for all regulatory purposes, considering different country requirements, maturity, genetic backgrounds and material types. + Act as the primary Regulatory contact for internal seed production partners regarding seed production and receipt and subsequent seed selection, bulking, and distribution. + Coordinate long-term seed production planning across Regulatory functions. + Collaborate with the Regulatory Science Molecular team to ensure adequate seed source sampling, intended use and timely seed characterization. + Partner with the Regulatory Science Seed Lab for seed receipt, distribution, discard and management of Global Reference Materials. + Select and/or group appropriate seed lots for advancement and assignment to studies or other regulatory uses. + Develop and maintain breeding diagrams to support global regulatory submissions and specific study types. + Investigate and resolve seed source issues from a sourcing or genetics standpoint. + Serve as the Seed Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Regulatory project teams, providing technical support to study directors and country registration teams. + Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Biotech, SPD and global regulatory teams. + Serve as a Regulatory Science expert on seed-related compliance requirements for global shipping and handling + Opportunity to expand responsibilities within the broader Field and Controlled Environments team, aligned with your expertise. **What Skills You Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science, Biology, Plant Breeding or related scientific field. + Strong inventory and data management skills, with attention to detail in process and production recordkeeping. + Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheets preferred. + Familiarity with Corteva systems (e.g., PRISM, Xseed, Trial Manager, Fill), along with knowledge of global seed shipping and handling compliance (including phytosanitary regulations, PPQ, and biotech standards) and GLP policies is preferred. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within high-performing teams. + A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation. **Benefits – How We’ll Support You:** + Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skills + Be part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better place + Health benefits for you and your family on your first day of employment + Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays + Excellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and father + Future planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement program + Learn more about our total rewards package here - Corteva Benefits (https://hrportal.ehr.com/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=2Nre68t3vrs%3d&portalid=351) + Check out life at Corteva! www.linkedin.com/company/corteva/life Are you a good match?
