As a Product Director - Executive Director in the Regulatory External Data Services team, you will be entrusted with upholding the highest standards of data accuracy, completeness, and transparency, which is mission-critical to JPMorgan Chase External Reporting Controllers. Your role will be pivotal in managing reporting that is materially accurate, complete, and timely for external data filings required to comply with and fulfill regulatory, financial, external, and legal obligations impacting critical bank filings/submissions. You will be tasked with developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as maintaining documentation on data governance and change control procedures. You will ensure successful product delivery by collaborating closely with business owners, other products, and cross-functional teams, including developers, design/architecture, and data owners.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the development and management of regulatory data and external reporting servicesCollaborate and work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goalsLead process optimization and cost efficiencies for the product Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product and reporting requirementsAnalyze large datasets to generate actionable insights to create reports or provide recommendationsCollaborate with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business Owners to understand data requirements, ensure data quality, and support strategic decision and delivery of regulatory data demandsServe as a reporting or data subject matter expert for banking operations such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and/or small businesses

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar roleStrong understanding of agile development methodologies and principlesExecutive communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills  Proficiency in data solutions and technology tools like SQL, Python, AWS, PySparkAbility to lead and manage projects independentlyFlexibility to adapt to change
