Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a regulatory compliance specialist to support a local insurance client. This regulatory compliance specialist would be reporting to the Head of Licensing & Regulatory Compliance, Canada, the Regulatory Compliance Specialist ensures the organization remains compliant with Canadas evolving insurance regulations. This role conducts regulatory assessments, oversees compliance testing, and manages external relationships with regulators and industry bodies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and strategic adaptability to navigate complex compliance requirements.
Pay rate ranges from 25 - 35/hr based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
University degree or diploma in business, law, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of Canadas insurance regulations and evolving compliance expectations
Ability to interpret complex regulations, conduct impact assessments, and implement compliance strategies.
Experience managing regulatory inquiries, complaints, and compliance testing.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize regulatory changes into actionable business insights. ability to go onsite in Cambridge 2x per week null
