Regulatory Compliance Specialist ( 2 years )

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist who will support the requirements of Trade Compliance, Checkpoint and PEC programs for sales office in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Poland and Ukraine, as required.
You will play a key role in conducting daily activities on behalf of the legal entity, ensuring that these activities are undertaken in conformance with the trade compliance policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Conduct screening and analyzing the results.
+ Release export holds in a timely manner.
+ Process standardization and optimization.
+ Ensures escalations of critical concerns and issues to the ITC manager/gatekeeper
+ Act as a Checkpoint Champion for the locations assigned: be responsible for understanding in detail the Checkpoint process, Emerson’s policy and expectations with respect to 3rd party due diligence, the identification of red flags and other matters related to Checkpoint
+ Serves as the single point of contact for Checkpoint and due diligence issues
+ Support in completion of Archer requirements for the different compliance programs

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in trade compliance/legal)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Good PC skills: MS Office Package (especially Excel)
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Reliable and good attention to details
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Knowledge of Customs and Logistics Terminology and Trade Compliance requirements, including Import, Export Compliance and Supply Chain Security
+ Knowledge of Compliance and Compliance program requirements
+ Knowledge of Export regulations and sanctions
