The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies in conduct of our business operations, which includes the sale, storage, and transportation of regulated materials and the
repair of medium and heavy-duty vehicles. This role will have expertise in the applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations necessary to conduct audits, monitor compliance activities, review and prepare reporting, provide advisement to
leadership and management, and liaise with government agencies. Additional oversight will include OSHA, EPA and NFPA regulations to ensure optimal levels compliance.

Professional Experience/Competencies
Minimum of 5 years of regulatory and compliance experience.Expertise and experience with DOT and FMCSA regulations and standards (FMCSR & HMR).Experience with NFPA, EPA, ANSI, and OSHA standards and regulations.Preferred knowledge of EPA regulations concerning hazardous or industrial waste generation/disposal (RCRA), Clean Air Act (CAA), and Clean Water Act (CWA).Experience with exception reporting and analysis of business data.Ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively with various management levels.Ability to multi-task and manage complex issues effectively and timely.
