Now Hiring: Regulatory and Accreditation Specialist
Location: Kalispell & Whitefish, Montana | Logan Health
About the Role
In this highly visible role, you’ll be the go-to expert managing accreditation readiness efforts for both Logan Health Medical Center and Logan Health – Whitefish. You’ll work side-by-side with our executive team and clinical leaders to ensure all clinics and departments — from front desks to directors — are prepared, informed, and compliant with DNV, CMS, and other regulatory standards.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our proactive survey readiness program, collaborate with national DNV contacts, and serve as the primary liaison during mock and live surveys. You will be the person who holds others accountable, drives performance improvement, and ensures action plans are completed, documented, and sustained.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in acute care services.Experience with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., DNV, CMS, Joint Commission) required.3+ years in healthcare compliance and regulatory activities strongly preferred.2+ years of project management and/or leadership experience preferred.Must have strong writing skills and the ability to develop corrective action plans, performance improvement strategies, and regulatory reports.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.Bonus Skills
Prior experience leading mock surveys and managing survey command centers.Experience with Leapfrog, Oracle readiness, or system-level quality programs.Familiarity with both hospital and outpatient/clinic environments.This is your chance to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
