These include emergency care, surgical services, lab work, primary and specialty care, imaging, spine health, womens and mens care, pediatric-friendly services, and moreall in one convenient location. AdventHealth Winter Garden is undergoing a major expanding that will add three additional floors to the hospital's patient tower and bring additional women's services to West Orange County. Our hospital tower expansion will be completed in 2026. The AdventHealth Winter Garden tower expansion will add 40 new progressive care unit beds, obstetrics and gynecology (including labor and delivery). One floor will be dedicated to labor and delivery, and will include nine labor, delivery, and recovery beds, 10 postpartum beds, two C-section operating rooms, and future space for a level two Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The tower's expansion will also add space for more operating rooms, and a shell floor with capacity for 40 beds. Come join our team and be a part of delivering exemplary care for the mind, body, and spirit! **The role you'll contribute:** The Registration Representative, under general supervision, registers patients, ensuring patient demographics and account information are appropriate for patient account type as determined by patient's visit and as directed by Sports Med and Rehab Leadership. Meets or exceeds accuracy and upfront collection standard goals monthly. Explains clearly and thoroughly the financial assessments, authorizations/pre-certifications, and/or benefit memos on patient accounts to ensure expeditious billing and to protect the financial standing of the Hospital. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Adheres to Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Registers patients for all services, ensuring patient demographics and account information is appropriate for patient account type as determined by patients visit and as directed by Sports Med and Rehab Leadership. Ensures integrity of patient accounts by working error reports daily, entering accurate data, and documenting all attempts made to collect and/or obtain missing documentation + Meets or exceeds upfront collection standard goal assigned to location of responsibility to protect the financial standing of the Hospital. Proactively seeks assistance to improve collections. Reviews all collection reports timely, as assigned by leadership + May be required to support retail business and customers.
