What you will do:
The successful call center candidates will be responsible for answering incoming patient calls and utilizing company policies to schedule patient appointments. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for patients’ therefore; we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to high-quality customer service satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
