Job Summary:

As a Vascular Tech, you will prepare patients and perform specific vascular and ultrasound diagnostic procedures. The vascular ultrasound studies include using gray scale, color flow, power Doppler, Doppler, and duplex.  

You will enter data and report completion reading physician assignment and communicate urgent results. 

In this role, you will teach vascular ultrasound students, residents and fellows and serve as a resource to other support staff.

REQUIREMENTS 

Associate degree in Applied Science or related field that supports certification 

1 year of experience in a vascular lab or equivalent with clinical externship through academic program  

Must be registered as a Registered Vascular Technologist (by ARDMS) or Registered Vascular Specialist (by CCI). If not registered, must become registered within six months of hire.
