We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. Our RNs play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of care for each client while supporting our caregivers and care coordination staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial RN assessments, 30-day and 90-day supervisory visits, and update Plans of Care as needed.

Perform delegations and complete supervisory visits for all clients across our service area.

Collaborate closely with internal care team members to support high-quality client outcomes.

Maintain professional documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Represent Amada Senior Care with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

Qualifications:

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.

Previous experience in home health or in-home care is highly preferred.

Valid Oregon driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
