General Summary
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care for vascular patients. This position focuses on maintaining compliance with established standards, monitoring clinical outcomes, and implementing best practices to enhance patient safety and treatment effectiveness.

Serves as a co-chair to the quarterly Vascular Surgery Program Committee and is an active member of hospital and ambulatory committees that are related to vascular patient care. Serves as a liaison between the various service lines who care for vascular patients to ensure compliance with VQI standards. Demonstrates motivation for learning through independent reading, professional networking and attending relevant conferences and seminars. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.Required for All Jobs:

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
3 years Clinical experience in Vascular Surgery, Cardiovascular Care, Critical Care or related specialty. Required Experience in quality improvement, clinical program coordination or accreditation process. Preferred Experience with SVS Vascular Verification Program, Stroke Program Oversight, Trauma, Chest Pain or similar accreditation pathways. Preferred Experience with data abstraction, outcomes registries (i.e. VQI) and performance improvement methodologies PreferredLicenses:
Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
