Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse Telemetry** to work at a facility in **Colton, California.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $65 / hour *W2 **Job Details:** + PM shift **Job Responsibilities:** + Monitor patients' heart rhythms using telemetry equipment + Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythm changes + Assess and record vital signs regularly + Administer medications as prescribed (oral, IV, etc.) + Perform head-to-toe and focused cardiac assessments + Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation + Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team + Collaborate with doctors and other nurses on patient care plans + Provide patient and family education (especially about cardiac care) + Assist with cardiac procedures and tests (e.g., stress tests, EKGs) + Respond to cardiac alarms and emergencies promptly + Ensure safety and infection control standards are followed + Support patients emotionally and provide comfort care **The requirements are:** + At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). + A valid and current RN license issued by the State of **CA** + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) If interested, please apply through this job post.
