Location: Winston Salem, NC
Department: Women’s Gyn Clinic
Full Time – Mon-Fri 7:45am-5:00pm
Ready to lead with purpose in a supportive clinic environment? Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Specialty Lead to guide our Women’s Gynecology outpatient clinic—where compassionate care meets clinical excellence every day.
🩺 What You'll Do:
+ Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a smooth flow for patients and providers
+ Lead and support a skilled team of nurses and medical assistants
+ Partner with OB-GYN providers to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care
+ Coordinate care for gynecologic procedures, follow-ups, and wellness visits
+ Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and liaison within the practice
🌟 What You Bring:
+ Active RN license in NC (or Compact license)
+ 3+ years of nursing experience (women’s health preferred)
+ Previous leadership, charge, or team lead experience in a clinic or ambulatory setting
+ Strong skills in coordination, communication, and patient education

Qualifications
+ Education: Associates degree OR Bachelor's degree in Nursing, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Refer to Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096
+ Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer.
