Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to patients. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers to deliver exceptional care across a wide range of patient needs. - Monitor, assess, and manage patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. - Utilize telehealth tools as part of your care delivery to increase access and patient satisfaction. - Engage in patient education and support, helping patients understand their conditions and treatment options. - Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention through strong communication and personalized care. - Work in a hybrid model with the flexibility of telework options. - Contribute to a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork, mentorship, and continuous learning. - Full time in-person orientation requirement for 6-8 weeks, then Hybrid Role in-person 4 days a week and remote 1 day a week. Position Compensation Range: $37.51 - $49.82 Hourly MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire. Experience: 1 year of relevant experience. Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs.
