Registered Nurse (RN) - UPC Clinic (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hybrid Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve over 11,000 patients annually, providing high-quality care across a diverse adult population. You will work closely with experienced providers in a multidisciplinary setting where teamwork, mentorship, and professional development are prioritized. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to patients. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers to deliver exceptional care across a wide range of patient needs. - Monitor, assess, and manage patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. - Utilize telehealth tools as part of your care delivery to increase access and patient satisfaction. - Engage in patient education and support, helping patients understand their conditions and treatment options. - Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention through strong communication and personalized care. - Work in a hybrid model with the flexibility of telework options. - Contribute to a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork, mentorship, and continuous learning. - Full time in-person orientation requirement for 6-8 weeks, then Hybrid Role in-person 4 days a week and remote 1 day a week. Capable clinician, focused on expanding knowledge and skills. Consistently provides effective direct care, as part of the interdisciplinary team, to a variety of complex patients. Manages care and implements treatment plans at a refined skill level in collaboration with patients, their families, physicians, and other members of the health care team. Seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice. Assumes a beginning leadership role but seeks mentoring in this process. Position Compensation Range: $37.51 - $49.82 Hourly MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire. Experience: 1 year of relevant experience. Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs.
