Where You Will Work:

Aurora Medical Center-Washington County - Operating Room, Recovery Room, and the GI Procedure Room offers a diverse mix of inpatient, outpatient, and endoscopy services, supported by five operating rooms, two endoscopy suites, and four PACU bays. Care spans multiple specialties—including ortho, GI, general surgery, ENT, urology, spine, GYN, ophthalmology, and pain—providing strong clinical variety.

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or within 6 months of hire Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or within 6 months of hire.The ideal candidate will have previous surgical services experience or previous critical care experiences.   

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
