Saint Alphonsus Health System, Idaho's only hospital system recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Large Employers for 2025, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho. This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

18-bed unit designed with advanced tech and patient-centered care in mind
Features of the unit include:
Portable CT scanner for bedside surveillance scans
Fixed and portable Natus EEG brain monitoring
Ceiling booms for 360° patient access and ceiling lifts in all rooms
Private patient rooms with large family areas and sleeper sofas
Direct elevator access to heli-pad, ED, and OR
Large, interdisciplinary workstations to keep eyes on patients at all times

Neuro Intensivists
Surgical Intensivists
Fellowship-trained cerebrovascular and skull base neurosurgeons

Our dedicated unit-based educator supports your ongoing development
Qualifications:
RN license in Idaho or compact state (ID residency required within 6 months if applicable)
BLS required; ACLS & PALS within set timelines
Critical care experience preferred
