The Unit
4West Surgical is a 50-bed medical-surgical inpatient unit located on the fourth floor of the Wilmington Hospital campus, which provides scheduled and emergent care/procedures on a 24-hour basis. The area is designed to accommodate up to 50 patients who need medical and post-operative surgical care. The Registered Nurses in this 4W Surgical Unit care for various surgical patients, including orthopedic, plastics, and more.

DE Rn License or Compact RN License.A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, or a commitment to obtain one within three years of the hire date.
