Job Description:Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Education Qualifications:BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

This position will work the following:

48 hours per pay periodEvery Third WeekendRotating 12 Hour ShiftsDay Shift: 7:00AM - 7:30PMOvernight Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AMPatient Population: Med/Surg with the occasional OB patient

$10,000/ADN and $15,000/BSN for all eligible RNs with work commit.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current license with the appropriate State Board of NursingBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hireAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hireTrauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year from the date of hire only required to obtain once.    Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire
