**What You’ll Do**
As a vital part of our **multidisciplinary team** , you will:
✅ Deliver **hands-on bedside care** to patients with complex surgical needs.
✅ Develop and implement **individualized care plans** that promote health and well-being.
✅ Provide **education and support** to patients and families, helping them regain wellness.
✅ Recognize **emergency situations** and mobilize rapid response resources. ✅ Participate in **quality improvement initiatives** to continuously enhance patient care.
**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking **passionate** and **highly skilled** nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a lasting impact.
🔹 **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Graduate of an accredited **nursing program** .
+ **Current RN licensure** in Connecticut.
+ **Basic Life Support (BLS) certification** required.
+ Strong **communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills** .
🔹 **Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience in **acute care, medical-surgical, or general surgery nursing** preferred.
