Where You Will Work:

Our 12‑bed Critical Care Unit cares for the highest‑acuity patients across all specialties—including neuro, cardiac, medical, and surgical cases—with capabilities for CVVH and IABP support. The unit typically has 11–12 patients per day with an average stay of about three days, and offers supportive nurse‑to‑patient ratios: 2:1 in the ICU (with some 1:1), 3:1 for stepdown, and 4:1 for telemetry, plus a 12:1 NA ratio. Nurses work closely with intensivists, specialty providers, and 24/7 virtual critical care support. We seek organized, team‑oriented nurses with strong critical‑thinking skills who want to care for high‑acuity patients and respond effectively to rapidly changing conditions; prior ICU or nursing experience is helpful but not required. We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
