Team have a variety of skills allowing them to transition from one specialty to another with confidence and ease Our team is broken down into two groups MedSurg and Critical Care The MedSurg team floats between approximately units including the Step Down units while our Critical Care RNs primarily float between the six ICUs at Hartford Hospital MICU SICU Cardiac ICU Neuro ICU and Cardiothoracic ICU Our RNs rely on extensive nursing skills strong communication and collaboration skills to assimilate seamlessly into different units and provide the highest levels of personalized
