Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool Night
Location: St. Louis, MO (St. Charles, Town & Country, Richmond Heights, Bridgeton, Lake St. Louis) Works between Inpatient Rehab (SSM Health Rehab Hospitals) and Critical Illness (Select Specialty Hospitals)
Schedule: Full-Time Night 7p-7a (must work every 3rd weekend) Schedules made 6 weeks at a time.
Compensation: $50-$60 hourly + shift differentials $7 night and $3.50 weekend
Sign-on bonus: $15,000 NO COMMITMENT

Responsibilities Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unitInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentation using appropriate systemsInterpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetryEnsure medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyCompetence in Rapid Response and code eventsInstruct and counsel patients/familiesPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS is required at hire. ACLS is required within 6 months of hirePreferred Qualifications:
