Nurse Residency Program Two or more years of experience in this clinical area preferredCurrent unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of ConnecticutCurrent Basic Life Support BLS upon hireAbility to obtain and maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS certifications within days of hire Must be able to pass the dysrhythmia test within months of hireMust be able to pass the BKAT with a score of or complete a critical care course within one year of hireAbility to obtain and maintain department
