Volt is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Syracuse, NY.
 

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

Administer IV infusions including antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals, and biologics per established protocols. Monitor patients for infusion-related reactions and intervene appropriately. Maintain and manage central lines, PICC lines, and other vascular access devices. Educate patients and caregivers on home infusion procedures and infection prevention. Conduct ongoing assessments of infection status and response to therapy. Collaborate with infectious disease physicians, pharmacists, and case managers to coordinate care. Document all nursing interventions, patient responses, and care plans accurately. Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control guidelines. Support outpatient IV therapy coordination, including scheduling, follow-up, and patient compliance. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education related to infectious disease and infusion therapy. Maintain current knowledge of infectious disease trends, therapies, and best practices.

This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have: 

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (NYS). Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical nursing experience. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Strong IV therapy and vascular access skills. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities. Experience in infectious disease, infusion therapy, or home health preferred.
 

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $44.36 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
