This role supports medical-surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care (IMCU/step-down) patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Schedule

Compensation & Pay Scale
New Graduate RN (0–1 year experience): $41.00/hour Experienced RN (1+ years): $42.66 – $65.00/hour Competitive shift differentials, bonus eligibility, and allowance programs included.Benefits & Perks at Baystate
