This role supports medical-surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care (IMCU/step-down) patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Schedule

Full-Time: 36 hours/week Day Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Every other weekend & rotating holidays On-site parking available

Compensation & Pay Scale

New Graduate RN (0–1 year experience): $41.00/hour Experienced RN (1+ years): $42.66 – $65.00/hour Competitive shift differentials, bonus eligibility, and allowance programs included.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Diploma in Nursing or higher required BLS (CPR) certification by the American Heart Association required
