Join a committed healthcare team making a meaningful impact on youth in a secure juvenile behavioral health environment. We’re seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who brings strong clinical judgment, psychiatric awareness, and a calm, confident presence in a structured setting.
What You’ll Do
+ Provide clinical and psychiatric nursing care, responding quickly to medical or behavioral concerns.
+ Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely documentation.
+ Conduct nursing assessments and support physician-ordered care plans.
+ Perform and oversee lab specimen collection (blood, urine, sputum, fecal, throat).
+ Collaborate with the care team, ensuring youth receive proper follow-up and referrals.
+ Support crisis intervention efforts within scope of practice.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic environment.
+ Monitor youth during clinic-related tasks to ensure safety and compliance.
About the Setting
This role supports a secure juvenile correctional facility serving adjudicated male youth, many under age 16, with diverse behavioral health and psychiatric needs.
Services include medical care, psychiatric support, counseling, education, and rehabilitative programming aimed at helping youth learn skills and successfully transition back to their communities.

What We’re Looking For
+ Registered Nurse (RN)
+ Experience in psych, corrections, or behavioral health strongly preferred
+ Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
+ Ability to maintain professionalism and safety within a structured, secure environment
Pay
$38 per hour
