Registered Nurse (RN), Neonatal ICU (Per Diem)Req #:0000202252 Category:ICU/Critical Care Nursing Status:Per Diem Shift:Night Facility:Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center Department:Neonatal ICU - 3 West Salary:$70.20 per hour Location: Cooperman Barnabas Medical Ctr, 94 Old Short Hills Road, Livingston, NJ 07039 Job Overview: 56 bed Level III NICU with an amazing team of knowledgeable nurses who provide care for very low birth weight and full-term infants. Strong multidisciplinary approach to QI, strong family advisory counsel, and very active unit-based practice council plus unit-based committees. Team Daisy and Infection Control award recipient. Qualifications: Required: + Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing + Must have at least 2 years Mother/Baby experience + Completion of all orientation requirements of CBMC + Successful completion of all orientation programs Preferred: + Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing Certifications and Licenses Required: + Current Registered Nurse License in the state of New Jersey + Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association + NRP certification from the American Heart Association + I.V. certification from an approved facility or completion of those requirements and pass test upon hire Scheduling Requirements: + Per Diem + 2 12.5 hour shifts per month, both shifts on weekend + 1 12.5 hour Summer Holiday (Easter, July 4th, Labor Day) + 1 12.5 hour Winter Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year s) Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Additional Information Salary Range: $65.49 - $74.90 Hourly Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly range for this position if hired to work.
