Job Overview:
56 bed Level III NICU with an amazing team of knowledgeable nurses who provide care for very low birth weight and full-term infants. Strong multidisciplinary approach to QI, strong family advisory counsel, and very active unit-based practice council plus unit-based committees. Team Daisy and Infection Control award recipient.

Qualifications:

Required:

Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursingMust have at least 2 years Mother/Baby experienceCompletion of all orientation requirements of CBMCSuccessful completion of all orientation programs

Preferred:

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing

Certifications and Licenses Required:

Current Registered Nurse License in the state of New JerseyBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart AssociationNRP certification from the American Heart AssociationI.V. certification from an approved facility or completion of those requirements and pass test upon hire

Scheduling Requirements:

Per Diem2 12.5 hour shifts per month, both shifts on weekend 1 12.5 hour Summer Holiday (Easter, July 4th, Labor Day)1 12.5 hour Winter Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year s)
