Under direction of the Clinical Director, the Home Health Clinical Manager is a professional nurse manager who supervises, plans, and organizes Home Health service delivery in accordance with department standards and policies. The Home Health Clinical Manager is responsible and accountable for the administrative and clinical functions of care for Home Health patients in various locations in the community. This is an exempt management position.
