In this role, you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to supporting individuals facing some of life’s most difficult challenges — severe substance use, mental illness, homelessness, and poverty. Many of the people we serve have been left behind by traditional systems of care. With your help, they won’t fall through the cracks.
