We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **The RN Quality Analyst acts as a consultant to other departments to achieve transformation and sustainable change in patient outcomes based on best practice. This position acts as a liaison for leading the hospital’s improvement initiatives.** **What you will do in this role:** + Work with medical staff to ensure continuity of care in designated patient populations and to ensure quality outcomes occur. + Works closely with Emergency Medical Services to assure optimal continuity of care from pre-hospital to hospital. + Acts as an internal hospital resource and externally in the community. + Participates in identifying needs, planning and implementing educational programs for patients, families, community groups, and other designated healthcare facilities to improve outcomes. + Represents the hospital at local, regional, or other applicable levels related to best practices for patients. + Assures compliance with all TJC and other applicable regulatory agency guidelines. + Demonstrates effective communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and team building skills. + Assists with other duties as assigned within scope and practice of licensure. + Assists with administering accreditation programs as assigned in collaboration with all departments, management leadership and designated hospital committees. + Sets high standards of performance goals and works diligently to achieve them. + Coordinates quality improvement processes to ensure high quality of care of patients. **What qualifications you will need:** + (RN) Registered Nurse + Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree As a **full-service, 420+ bed acute care hospital** , HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood (https://careers.hcahealthcare.com/pages/hca-houston-healthcare-kingwood) has provided the northeast Houston community with high-quality, cost-effective healthcare for over 25 years.
